1. Tenderer shall have

i) Valid & updated trade license.
ii) Valid & updated income tax & TIN certificate
iii) Valid VAT/BIN registration certificate

Painting of 3(Three) Nos Boiler Chimney and 1(One) Nos Furnace Oil Tank.

a) Boiler No 1, 2 & 3 Chimney size: height 160 feet, cylindrical portion diameter: 16.5 feet, straight portion dia: 9 feet

b) Boiler No 4 Chimney size: Height: 100 feet, Diameter: 4.5 feet

c) Furnace Oil Tank size: Height 20 feet, Diameter: 16 feet

d) New Boiler (Capacity: 40 MT) Chimney size: Height: 85 feet, Lower portion diameter: 12 feet, Top portion diameter: 8 feet. Duct line and Ash collector: 4,000 sq. ft. (approximately)

1. The tenderer shall have a minimum of 02 (Two) years general experience in the supply of similar works and Related Service .

2. The tenderer shall have specific experience of satisfactory completion of Boiler Chimney/Furnace Oil Tank./similar Works and Related Service of minimum Tk.1.00 Lac under single contract within last 02 (Two) years (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper/e-GP System) in any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous organization. 

General Condition:

1. The bidder must inspect the site physically before submitting the quotation
2. The work must be completed within 30 days from the date of receipt of the work order.
3. All types of consumables, tools, wire brushes, painting brushes and ladders shall be supplied by the contractor.
4. Materials such as paint, steel wire rope, fire bricks, fire cement, and fire clay will be supplied by the Mill
5. The accumulated ash, rust and other debris shall be collected in a trolley and disposed of at the designated ash yard.
6. Payment shall be made against the bill after completion of the work, subject to certification by the Manager (Mechanical) and counter signature/approval by the General Manager (Factory).
7. The Supplier shall submit to the Mill Authority a list of the personnel engaged by the Supplier.No person other than those included in the approved list shall be allowed to enter the Mill premises. The list shall be accompanied by a recent photograph and a photocopy of the National Identity Card (NID) of each individual.      
8. If any personnel of the Contractor are involved in or suffer any accident, the Contractor shall bear full responsibility and liability for the same.
9. If any machinery or machine parts of the mill are damaged during the contract period, the Contractor shall bear full responsibility and liability for such damage.
10. In the event of any dispute regarding the work, the decision of the competent authority shall be considered final and binding.
