1. The tenderer must have general experience in goods supply. 2. The tenderer must have experience in similar supply work under government/semi-government/autonomous bodies. 3. The tenderer must have required liquid assets. 4. Valid Trade License, Income Tax Clearance, and VAT Registration are mandatory. 5. Prices must be consistent with the market rate and remain fixed despite market fluctuations. 6. The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any tender; lowest bid is not obligatory. 7. The tenderer must submit a Declaration of Non-Blacklisting. 8. Other terms and conditions will be as per TDS (Tender Data Sheet). 9. Must have 05 years of experience in related work. 10.
