Appointing a contractor for cleanliness work within the TSPCL residential colony, factory premises and cleaning of septic tanks and inspection pits.

1. The minimum specific experience as a Service Provider in providing physical service Cleanliness work of at least ONE contract of similar nature and complexity completed over a period of 10 (Ten) years with a value of at least of BDT 8 (Eight) Lac in Government Sector shall be required. Tenderer must submitted Work Completion Certificate with NOA.(Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System)
2. The Contractor shall employ the required number of manpower for the proper completion and progress of the work and the Contractor or his representative shall be present to conduct the work properly. The Contractor himself or his appointed representative shall maintain regular communication with the TSP representative for the proper implementation of the work and shall work as per the necessary instructions/advice.
3. All employees/workers employed by the contractor shall wear tight clothing while working and shall fully comply with the prevailing safety regulations of TSPCL. In this regard, the contractor shall issue a “Safety First” to all the workers/employees employed by the contractor, which shall be countersigned by the Safety Officer, TSPCL and the concerned worker/employee shall carry it with him/her while working.
4. The Contractor shall provide the workers employed by the Contractor with various types of equipment such as brooms, wheelbarrows, trolleys, spades, shovels, etc. at his own expense for the proper execution of the work.
5. At least 2 (two) wheelbarrows shall be used by the Contractor to remove the garbage accumulated in each house daily.
