Interested consultants are requested to submit the following documents in support of their EOI:
1.Certificate of Incorporation/Registration and other relevant legal documents of the firm.
2. Joint Venture (JV) Agreement in the prescribed format (Schedule 12 of PPR 2025), or a Letter of Intent with the proposed JV Agreement (if applicable).
3. Firm profile/brochure, including organizational structure and staffing.
4. Audited financial statements for the last three (3) years, including turnover from consulting and other activities, profit and loss statement, assets and liabilities, together with the name, address, and website of the audit firm.
5. Evidence of consulting assignments completed, including description of services, client name, contract value, duration, and satisfactory completion certificates or client references.
6. Valid Trade License, TIN, VAT Registration Certificate, and latest Income Tax Return/Tax Clearance Certificate or acknowledgement receipt.
7. Consultants may associate with other firms to enhance their qualifications. The nature of the association shall be clearly indicated as a Joint Venture (JV) or Sub-consultancy. In the case of a JV, all partners shall be jointly and severally liable for the entire contract, if selected.
8. The Consultant will be selected in accordance with the Quality and Cost-Based Selection (QCBS) method following the Public Procurement Act 2006 (as amended) and the Public Procurement Rules 2025.
