This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below: 1. The tenderer must submit up to date trade license, VAT registration certificate, incomeTAX clearance certificate. 2. NID, Ownership Certificate and Authorization Of Company. 3. Needs to remain Attested copy of Credit Commitment of 118 (One Hundred and Eighteen) lakh taka must be upload in Standard Format e-PG3-8 according to ITT clause 28. 4. Must remainThe minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of at least 1 (one) similar works successfully completed within the last 3 (Three) years, with a value of at least Tk. 67(Sixty Seven) lakh. 5. The authority reserves the right to accept/reject any tender without assigning any reason. 6. Samples of high quality domestic Soyabean oil in a 1 litre bottle (BSTI approved, enriched with Vitamin A) should be submitted to the office of the Superintendent of Police, Dinajpur before the scheduled time of opening of the EGP tender. Provided sample goods quality shall be considered at the time of tender evaulation. Low quality goods shall be considered non-responsive. 7. All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
