1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 5 years. All necessary papers about all Work shall be submitted along with the tender. i) Years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Website. ii) The Completion date of the earliest construction works completed satisfactorily under public sector will be considered for calculating the period of general experience. Tenderer shall attach Only relevant Work Completion certificate issued by concerned PE.
2. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than BDT- 80,00,00,000.00 over the last 5 (Five) years.
3. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor/Sub Contractor/Management Contractor of Repair & Renovation Work of at least 1 (one) contract of similar successfully completed within the last 5 (years), with a value of at least Tk- 1,05,00,000.00 BDT
4. The minimum amount of credit facilities/liquid Asset of the tenderer shall be Tk- 40,00,000.00 BDT
5. The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents:
i) UpdateTrade License.
ii) VAT Registration.
iii) Update TIN Number.
iv) Nationality Certificate.
v) Business Address.
*** Tenderer will be selected as non-responsive/debar for submission of any fake documents
