This invitation for Tenders is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:
1.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 (Five) years.
2.The minimum Specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 1 (One) contract of 4 (Four) Storied RCC Building construction works having Sanitary Systems and Internal Electrification Works successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years in similar nature works each with a value of at least Tk. 5.50 (Five Point Five Zero) Crore in any public sectors.
3.The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 8.00 (Eight) Crore over the last 5 (Five) years. Necessary supporting documents shall be submitted with the tender. Any estimated cost or contract value will not be considered to calculate Average Annual Construction Turnover.
4.The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of theTenderers shall be Tk 3.50 (Three Point Five Zero) Crore. In the form of a letter of Commitment for Bank's undertaking for line of credit (Form ePW3-8) without alteration.
5.The minimum capacity shall be Tk. 6.00 (Six) Crore (to submit ongoing works details, contract amount, payment bill amount, remaining works amount and other required information.
6. Up to date VAT registration certificate/BIN, Income tax clearance certificate (FY 2023-24 or 2024-25) obtained from NBR and Trade License, ABC Electrical License and up to date ABC supervisory License from Bangladesh Electric License Board.
7. As per ITT, GCC & TDS and tender documents.
