1.Experience of the Firm completed successfully during the last 10 (ten) years as:
a. Design, development, supply & installation or upgrading of online (web-based) real time electronic toll collection system (ETC)of major bridge/flyover/highway/expressway with minimum contract value of BDT 1(one) crore in a single contract completed overa period of last 10(ten) years or ongoing project supported by authentic documents.
b. Operation & Management of online(web-based) real time multi-station toll monitoring electronics/computerized toll collection andtraffic management of major bridge/flyover/highway/expressway with minimum contract value BDT 3(three) crore in a singlecontract completed over a period of last 10(ten) years or ongoing project supported by authentic documents.
2. Experience of the Firm/s in similar assignment executed/completed during last 10(ten) years in similar operating condition.
3. Availability of the appropriate skilled staff (list of relevant professional staff including their qualification & experience in similarnature of works) and availability of the resources & demonstration capacity to carry out such assignment.
4. Financial capability & administrative strength:
a. Average annual turnover shall be greater than BDT 4(four) crore over the last 5(five) years.
b. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities shall be BDT 1(one) crore.
c. Company's incorporation certificate, updated trade license, VAT, registration certificate, latest income tax certificate andadministrative/managerial structure with company's organogram with list of staff. Membership Certificate from BASIS/ISOcertification in software development and maintenance/at least CMMi Level 3 certification.
N.B-All experience certificates shall be issued by concerned authority not below the rank of Executive Engr/Equivalent

Submission of EOI shall be in closed envelope mentioning the name and address of the applicant, EOI ref. no. & date addressingthe EOI issuing authority in 2(Two) copies; 01 (One) marked as “ORIGINAL” and other as “COPY” in separate envelope in the formof bound book, both the “ORIGINAL” and “COPY” shall be inside a single envelope.
