Selection of a Consulting firm for the Infrastructural Development of Gazipur Agricultural University project

Interested Consulting firms must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the same. Brochures, a description of similar assignment & experience certificates have to be submitted. The documents will also include: i) Up to date valid Trade License, VAT registration, up-to-date income tax clearance certificate, Bank solvency certificate, list of qualified personnel, etc. to be submitted by the Consulting firm.
The EOI will be reviewed based on the following:
i) Registration of firm,

ii) Availability of key professionals,

iii) Qualifications and experience of the team leader and leader of individual discipline;

iv) Availability of resources,

v) Turnover of the consulting firm,

vi) Experience of the firm in similar works with respective certificate from employer,

vii) Experience of the firms(s) in other works,

viii) Agreement of JV where necessary.

ix) The Consulting firm must have a minimum 10 (ten) years' experience in design and supervision;

x) The minimum specific experience as a Consultant in design & supervision of multi-storied building completed within the last 5 (Five) years at least one Contract with a value of at least Tk. 80.00 Lakh in any govt./semi govt/autonomous organizations.

xi) The consulting firm must have a minimum specific experience of design & supervision of a development project of the value of 350 crore BDT.  in any govt./semi govt/autonomous organizations.
xi) Preferences will be given if the firm has experience in university-related high-rise building design and supervision.

Gazipur Agricultural University, Gazipur-1706 has been awarded a GoB grant of amount BDT 56729.17 lakh under the project “Infrastructural Development of Gazipur Agricultural University”. This project is being implemented from 15 September 2026 to 30 September 2028. The assignment of this design consulting service will include detail design and supervision of all the work packages (total 20) as mentioned in the DPP of the Infrastructural Development of Gazipur Agricultural University project.
The scope of consultancy services includes, but is not limited to are as follows:
(i) Preparation of safe, sound and sustainable Architectural design drawings with necessary documents, 3D views, physical model if necessary;
ii) Preparation of Foundation and Structural Design-drawing with necessary design reports;
iii) Preparation of detail Plan, Architectural Drawing, Structural drawing, Electrical drawing, HVAC system, Lift, pump, Sanitary-plumbing, Fire detection and protection for the proposed works;

iv) Preparation of working drawing;
v) Preparation of Detail Estimate and BoQ;
vi) Preparation of construction work plan in detail;

vii) Preparation of as-built drawing and design.

In addition to the above-mentioned works, the consultant shall have to engage in full-time supervision of the construction works mentioned in DPP during the project period(Date will be up to the end of the project
