The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following documents:
1. Citizenship Certificate
2. Two attested passport-size photographs 
3. Proof of submission of VAT return (latest)
4. Solvency Certificate
5. Up to date Trade License
6. Work experience documents for the past 3 (three) years
7. Declaration/Affidavit stating the bidder is not blacklisted
8. Must be submitted on the official letterhead of the institution
9. Must be attested by a First-Class Government Officer
10. NID
11. Up to Date Income Tax Certificate
12. Three attested specimen signatures
