Eligibility of Tenderer :	This Invitation for Tender (IFT) is open to all eligible tenderer 1. General Experience of minimum 05 (Five) years in the Electro-mechanical works. 2. A satisfactory completion of Electro-mechanical work of at least Tk 45,00,000.00 (Forty Five Lac Taka) under a single contract (The work must Include CCTV,PABX ,compound security/garden light fixing works) within last 05 (Five) years shall be required 3.The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 40,00,000.00 (Forty Lac Taka) over the last 5(five) years(). Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with Tender in support of average annual construction turnover. 4. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be minimum Tk. 40,00,000.00 (Forty Lac taka). Letter of commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for line of credit should be in the format as specified in the tender form. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender 5.The Tenderer must have: a) Up to date valid Trade License. b) Up to date ABC category Contractory & Electrical Supervisory license from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board. c) Up to date Income tax clearance certificate with TIN and VAT Registration certificate from NBR.6.The Tenderer must submitsubmit technical specification and Authorization Letter from Manufacturer/ Authorized distributor for CCTV, light fittings,cables. 7.Others qualification stated in TDS & PCC. 8.PPR 2025 (with all Amendment) shall be followed. 9.The tenderer must submit audit reports on the financial standing, such as profit and loss statements and balance sheet for the financial year 2024-25 . Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
