a) National Tenderer must submit updated Trade license, Valid VAT registration certificate/Business Identification Number and updated TIN certificate. Foreign tenderers must submit a trade license or Certificate of incorporation (as applicable) as per ITT clause 20.1 (h) and 20.1(m),
b) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 5 years. General experience shall be substantiated by years of the Tenderer’s registration/constitution/licensing in its country of origin, as per ITT clause 27.1(b), with the years counted backward from the date of publication of the IFT in the e-GP System.
c) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods (i.e. Refrigerator/ Compressor/ Air Conditioner/Heat Pump/ Cooling Training system etc.) to any Government, Semi-Govt. and Autonomous-owned organization of at least One contract(s) successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years, each with a value of at least BDT 33 million or equivalent currency (FC); the years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
d) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be BDT 45 million or equivalent currency (FC).
e) Bank solvency certificate
f) Valid ISO 9001:2015 QMS certificate
g) Maintenance Agreement: The Tenderer must submit a duly signed Maintenance Agreement stating that the purchaser will receive free-of-cost servicing for a period of One (01) years following the expiration of the standard warranty period.
h) Authorization Certificate from OEM (Item No: 1,2,3,4,5,6) must be forwarded the official email to the purchaser on or before opening of the tender.
i) The tenderer must comply with all the conditions stated in the TDS and PCC.
