b) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods (Machine Repair) of at least 02 (Two) contract(s) successfully completed in single work order within the last 03 (Three) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 12,60,000/- (Taka Twelve Lac Sixty Thousand)  only per year in any 250 bed Govt. or above Hospital with Contract Agreement, Work Order and Satisfactory Complection Certifications.[Years i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System].

Note for (b): Specific experience with Contract Agreement, Work Order and Satisfactory Complection Certifications must be Attested by present Head of the Office and with phone number otherwise tenderer's will be treated as non-responsive.
