Eligibility of Tenderer :	1. The tenderer must submit a valid and up-to-date Trade License, VAT Registration, and Income Tax Certificate associated with an up-to-date tax return certificate. 2. The tenderer must submit a Credit Line (as per PG:2 format) or Bank Statement reflecting a minimum of 8 (Eight) Lakh Taka as a Liquid Asset. 3. The tenderer must submit a sample for the offered items to the PE office with a forwarding letter before the tender opening date. 4. The tenderer must submit a Guarantee / Warranty Certificate for the equipment/ items ensuring satisfactory performance for 1 (One) year from the date of successful commissioning. 5. Tenderer shall have to submit a confirmation letter mentioning that the offered items must meet the design specification of the Units and are new, unused, in good condition, and will fit properly without any modification. 6. The tenderer shall be accompanied by a tender security in favor of DD, RAO, Shahjibazar Power Station, in the form of a DD/Pay order from any Scheduled Bank in Bangladesh.
