All the tenderers must follow the PPA-2006 and PPR-2025 rules & regulations; b. [The tenderer will submit a copy of contract deeds along with an experience certificate in the e-GP system] (III) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid assets or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 17,00,000/-.(Format e-PG2-7) [Certificate must be issued between publication of IFT and submission date in the Newspaper.. (IV) The tenderer must submit e-TIN certificate in the e-GP system. (V) Up-to-date Valid Trade License as Supplier; (VI) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate along with TIN Certificate; (VII) e-BIN (13 digits) registration certificate; (VIII) Manufacturer Authorization Letter or Contract deed with the Importers/Manufacturer (if the bidder is supplier) [When applicable]; (IX) Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company); (X) Manufacturer are encourage to submitt the tender.
