a. All the tenderers must follow the PPA-2006 and PPR-2025 rules & regulations;
b. Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded;
(I) The minimum of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 06 (Six) Month ie.Month counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
(II) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 01 (One) contract successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years with a value of at least Tk. 23,50,000/- (Twenty Three Lakh Fifty Thousand only) Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. [The Tenderer will submit the copy of contract deeds along with the experience certificate in the e-GP system.]
(III) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid assets or working capital or credit line(s) or specific commitments or in any combination of them of the Tenderer shall be (Form PG3-8) Tk. 30,00,000/- (Thirty Lakh only) [Certificate must be issued between publication of IFT and submission date in the Newspapers.

IV) The tenderer must submit e-TIN certificate in the e-GP system.

(V) Up-to-date Valid Trade License as Supplier;

(VI) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate along with TIN Certificate;
(VII) e-BIN (13 digits) registration certificate;
(VIII) Manufacturer Authorization Letter or Contract deed with the Importers/Manufacturer (if bidder is supplier) [When applicable];
(IX) Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company)

(X) Manufacturer are encourage to submit the Tender.
