Bank statment of last 3 months with continuous Transaction and the total transaction should be not less than Tk 5 (five) lakh. 10. General experience of 3 years in supply of goods and related services and specific experience should be not less than Tk 13 (Thirteen) Lakh in supply of similar goods in last 3 years. 11. Tender security as per TDS. 12. The tender will be evaluated as per submitted documents. If any dissimilarity found in documents submitted by tenderers at any stage of evaluation process, the tenderers will be considered non-Responsive. 13. In the case of government tenders, if a quoted price is submitted at a rate excessively lower than the official estimated cost and appears to the Tender Evaluation Committee to be unrealistic and submitted with ulterior motives, it is appropriate to consider such a submission an attempt to influence the tender evaluation process, in light of the directives stipulated in Rule 42(2) of PPR, 2025.
