Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Consultant :	The Tenderer shall have valid and up-to-date trade license, VAT Registration Certificate (BIN) & Income Tax certificate. The Tenderer shall have Mikrotik MTCNA/MTCRE/MTCWE/MTCSE or Cisco CCNA/CCNP or equivalent Certifications. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in contracting industries in public sector as Prime Service Provider/Sub Contractor shall be 05 years. The minimum specific experience as a Service Provider (Prime or Sub Contractor) in providing physical service with multiple contracts of similar nature and complexity completed over a period of 05 years and each contract with a value of at least Tk. 30,00,000.00 (Thirty Lakh) and the total value of at least of BDT 1,00,00,000.00 (One crore). The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be BDT 45,00,000.00 (Forty-Five Lac). All other terms and conditions are specified in TDS & PCC.
Brief Description of assignment :	Installation, Testing & Commission of Central Internet and Data Management System and Related Service for 46 locations including Head Office, 17 Regional Distributional Office (RDO), important establishment (DRS, TBS) at JGTDSL franchise area.
Experience, Resources and delivery capacity required :	The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in contracting industries in public sector as Prime Service Provider/Sub Contractor shall be 05 years. [Counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]. The minimum specific experience as an Internet Service Provider for both Internet & Data Connectivity Establishment, Metropolitan Area Network (MAN), Large Office Network etc. (Prime or Sub Contractor) in providing physical service with multiple contracts of similar nature and complexity completed over a period of 05 years and each contract with a value of at least Tk. 30,00,000.00 (Thirty Lakh) and the total control value of at least of BDT 1,00,00,000.00 (One crore) shall be required.[Counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper].
Other details (if applicable) :	Tenderers shall have the following up to date valid License: BTRC Approved ISP License. BASIS, BDIX Certifications. Anti-DDoS, MPLS, NMS Technical Capacity documents, at least 2 Agreements with NTTN service provider. Certified on Mikrotik MTCNA/MTCRE/MTCWE/MTCSE or Cisco CCNA/CCNP or equivalent Certifications
