Eligibility of Tenderer :	The Tenderer shall comply with the following requirements: 1) The Tenderer shall have a valid Trade License. 2) The Tenderer shall have a valid Income Tax Certificate (Assessment Year 2024–2025). (i) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of goods and related services as Supplier shall be 05 (Five) years. (ii) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of Desktop Computer, Laptop Computer and Computer & IT Accessories at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last 05 years, with a value of at least Tk. 65,00,000.00 (iii) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 75,00,000.00 All other terms and conditions are stated in the Tender Document.
