Eligibility of Tenderer :

1.The tenderer must submit Valid trade license,

2. VAT registration certificate,

3. Updated income tax clearance certificate & E-tin certificate.
4.NID, Ownership Certificate

5. Similar work experience certificate.

6. A latest certified copy of bank solvency certificate & detail bank statement (minimum 27 lakh taka should be available till the day before the tender) / Attested copy of Liquid Asset of 27 lakh taka submitted in Standard Format e-PG2-8 according to ITT clause 28.

7.The minimum specific experience at District Police as Supplier in supply of at least 1(one) similar contract successfully completed within the last 3(Three) years, with a value of at least Tk. 20.00 (Twenty) lakh.

8.The authority reserves the right to accept/reject any tender without assigning any reason.

Provided sample goods quality shall be considered at the time of tender evaulation. Low quality goods shall be considered non-responsive. All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
