Experience, Resources and delivery capacity required :	1. Valid Trade License for manpower supply, valid for 2026-2027. 2. Valid DIFE Contractor License for outsourcing/manpower supply, valid for 2025-2026. 3. Valid Chamber of Commerce & Industries Membership Certificate for 2025-2026. 4. Valid VAT Registration Certificate (BIN) with VAT Honor Card for 2025-2026. 5. Valid Income Tax Clearance Certificate for 2025-2026. 6. Bank Solvency Certificate with Bank Statement for the last 06 months. 7. Audited Financial Report for FY 2024-2025 with applicable DVC. 8. Updated Client List of the company. 9. Affidavit of Company Ownership. 10. Minimum 05 years' general experience in manpower supply/outsourcing. 11. Minimum 01 similar completed contract within the last 05 years. 12. Preference shall be given to organizations having previous experience in Pagoda Project.
