| Eligibility of Consultant : |
1. The Tenderer must have at least five (05) years of experience in the satisfactory transportation, by road, of goods, explosives and explosive materials, as well as Prilled Ammonium Nitrate and other chemical substances, for any Government, Semi-Government or Autonomous Organizations, using trailers, covered vans, or trucks and microbus/Jeep/Car..
2. The minimum specific experience in transporting explosives and explosive materials and prilled ammonium nitrate/chemical substances of any government, semi-government, or autonomous organization/institution through road transport by trailer, covered van, or truck as a Prime Contractor at minimum in One (01) contract service over a period of Three (3) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper with a value of at least of Tk. 70, 00,000.00 (Seventy lac) shall be required.
3. The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer shall be 50,00,000.00 BDT over the last three financial years.
4. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be BDT 20,00,000.00
5. The Tenderer must submit valid VAT and Income Tax Certificate .
6. All other eligibility criteria, instructions, and conditions mentioned in the Tender Document shall be applicable.
