(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Construction Works as Prime Contractor shall be 5 (Five) years. Number of years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in similar nature works of 4 storied building with 4 storied foundation of at least 01 (One) contract successfully completed in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh within last 5 (five) years with a value of Tk 13.50 Crore (Tk .Thirteen crore fifty lakh). Number of years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(c) The minimum average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk .13 Crore (Tk Thirteen crore) in the last 5 (Five) years. Payment certificates of tenderers in progress or completed under public sector during last five years must be submitted along with tender. Turn-over shall be counted as years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(d) The minimum amount of liquid Assets in form of working capital or credit facilities of Tk.5 Crore (Tk .Five Crore). In case of Line of credit, certificates must be unconditional and specified for this work only submitted in the prescribed form of CPTU from any scheduled bank.
(e) The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk 13.50 Crore (Tk .Thirteen crore fifty lakh).
(f) The tenderer must submit Manufacturer's authorization letter for generator.
(g) The Tenderer must submit with Tender :
(i) Up-to-date Trade License, Income Tax Clearance Certificate, Valid VAT Registration Certificate, ABC Category Contractor License, Supervisory License issued from Electricity Licensing Board, GoB.
