a. All the Tenderers must follow the PPA, 2006 and PPR,2025 Rules and Regulations.

b. The following documents are to be submitted/uploaded as Standard Tender Document (STD).
(I) The minimum of general experience of the tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as supplier shall be 06 (Six) Month i.e Month counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
(II) The minimum specific experience as supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 01(one) contract successfully completed within the last  (Five) years, with a value of at least Tk.1400000/- (Forteen Lakh ); i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP2 System. [The Tenderer shall submit copy of Contract deeds along with the experience certificate in the e-GP system ]
(III) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) or  specific commitment or in any combination of them, (Form e-PG2) of the Tenderer shall be of TK. 2000000/- (twenty Lakh); Document of liquid assets to be submitted along with the tender and it must be issued between publication date and submission date of the tender.

(IV) The Tenderer must  submit e-Tin certificate in the e-GP system..
(V) Up-to-date Valid Trade Liscence as Supplier. 

(VI) Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate along with TIN Certificate 
(Vii) e-BIN (13 digits) Registration Certificate.
(VIII) Manufacturer Authorization Letter or Contract deed with the Importers/Manufacturer (if bidder is a supplier). [When applicable].
(IX) Certificate of incorporation (In case of limited company.)

(X) Manufacturer are encourage to submit the tender.
