Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Consultant :	The Tenderer must possess valid Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate and DIFE License (or proof of application). For fumigation services, a valid Commercial Pest Control/Fumigation License issued by the competent authority is required. The Tenderer must have at least two years’ public-sector experience, specific experience of successfully completing at least one similar contract worth not less than BDT 45 lakh within the last three years, average annual turnover of BDT 50 lakh, and liquid assets/working capital of BDT 50 lakh. Joint Ventures are not permitted.
Brief Description of assignment :	Procurement of Physical Services for Cleaning, Washing and fumigations works of MG Carriages along with related Services at Santaher wash pit & Bonarpara Station yard.
Experience, Resources and delivery capacity required :	The Service Provider shall have proven experience in similar large-scale cleaning operations and shall deploy the required managerial, supervisory, cleaning, and pest-control personnel, including at least 1 Manager, 4 Supervisors, 23 Cleaners, 6 Mobile Cleaners, and 2 certified Pest Control Operators. Required equipment includes one high-pressure water-jet cleaning machine, one industrial vacuum cleaner, two portable vacuum cleaners, and one fogger. The contractor must demonstrate the capacity to execute cleaning, servicing, and fumigation activities within the prescribed time limits while maintaining the required service quality and performance standards.
Other details (if applicable) :	Tender Security shall be BDT 2 lakh, and Performance Security shall be 10% of the Contract Price. The Tender validity period is 120 days. The Procuring Entity may physically verify the Tenderer’s personnel, equipment, and operational setup. Documentary evidence of experience, turnover, financial capacity, and proposed manpower must be submitted with the Tender. Performancebased payment and penalty provisions will apply based on inspection findings and achievement of specified service milestones.
