(i) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 05 years.[a minimum of one (1) years would be deemed reasonable; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper] (ii) Having experience in successful completion of at least one number of similar nature of work i.e. Supplying of class room furniture to educational institutions in a single contract having minimum value of 04.00 Lakh under any Govt./ Semi Govt./ Autonomous organization only during last five years. (Work completion certificate must be enclosed). (iii) The minimum amounts of Liquid Assets i.e working capital or credit facilities of the tendered shall be BDT 06.00 Lakh and in case of Bank Account (Deposit A/C or Loan A/C), Bank Statement must be enclosed and Closing Balance of a particular day shall be considered as working capital. [for Tenders where the package contains more than one lot, this qualification requirements, shall be mentioned separately for each lot in the package] (iv) The Quoted Rate must be similar/relevant to the PWD Schedule of Current Rates /Current Market Price. If the Quoted Rates are Excessive Above/Less than the Estimated Cost/Current market price, the tenderer must submit Detail Analysis of his Quoted Rate according to the Analysis of current PWD rate schedule or Current Bangladesh Market Price, Otherwise the tenderer will be non-Responsive according to the PPR 2025. (v) The contractors who have not started or completed their work/works within scheduled stipulated time without any acceptable reasons, their tender will not to be considered for evaluation. In case of reasonable causes, contractor must describe in details on his letterhead pad & include all supporting papers which must be uploaded with his tender documents.
