1. CA firms registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB) are eligible to submit the REOI. Certificate from ICAB must be submitted. 
 

2. CA firms penalized by any court or ICAB are not eligible to submit the REOI during their punishment period.

1. Preparation of Accounts and Audit of Pension, GPF & Benevolent Fund of the Employees of the Civil Aviation Authority of Bangladesh for the year 2024-2025 & 2025-2026.

2. Calculation of interest at the rate fixed by the government on the annual deposits against the GPF account numbers and names of the officers and employees of the authority.

3.  Correctly posting or entering the determined interest and principal deposits into the respective ledger books of the officers/employees.

4.  Preparing separate GPF slips or statement of accounts for 2 years for approximately 4500 officers and employees (2 copies of GPF Slip must be submitted for each officers/employees for each year) 

5. Preparing final reports by separating individual accounts for GPF advances and interest on advances.

CA firms must have practical experience in preparing and auditing the accounts of GPF, Pension, and Benevolent Funds in Govt/Semi Govt./Autonomous Body/Public Interest Entities. Experience certificate must be submitted

Updated income tax payment certificates and VAT registration certificates must be submitted.
