 Minimum 05 (Five) years of General experience in the supply of goods and related services as specified in the TDS; i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System
 

 Minimum 03 (Three) years of General experience in the supply of goods and related services as specified in the TDS; i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System

(b) The satisfactory Specific Experience of supply of similar Goods of minimum financial year 2025-26=Tk. 30 lac, 2024-25=30 lac, 2023-24=30 lac, 2022-2023=30 lac, & 2021-22=30 lac each contract in the last 05 (Five) of years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.

The tenderer must have a satisfactory bank statement in his/her own firm name of 01.09.2026 to 15.09.26  there have Minimum Tk. 35 lac Only Balance.

(b) The satisfactory Specific Experience of supply of similar Goods of minimum financial year 2025-26=Tk. 30 lac, 2024-25=30 lac, 2023-24=30 lac, each contract in the last 03 (Three) of years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.

The tenderer must have a satisfactory bank statement in his/her own firm name of 01.09.2026 to 15.09.26  there have Minimum Tk. 30 lac Only Balance.

Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following additional documents:

 1. Up to date 2026-27 financial year MSR Trade License with payment slip of  last 4 years. Trade license must be identical to the nature of procurement. 
 2. Income Tax Certificate 2025-26 with Journal.
 3. 13 Digit BIN Registration Certificate, VAT Payment Certificate & last month's VAT payment documents.
 4. Up to date Chamber of Commerce Certificate with payment deposit slip.
 5. Up to date Drug license.
 6. Attested recent colour passport size photograph and  copy of NID atteseted by a 1st class officer & Three specimen signature at company letter head pad by the authorized person.
 7. GMP/DGDA certificate must be submitted & ISO certificate submitted.
 8. Declaration of non bankrupt & non debarred.
 9. Affidavit of ownership of the contracting company by the 1st class Magistrate.
 10. NOA, Contract Agreement & Work Order must be submitted of last 5 years
 11. Audit report of last 5 years must submitted.
 12. Original manufacturers authorization letter is required for item of goods.
 13. MRP chart of medicine company of items with submitted medicine should be highlight marker pen.
 14. Bidders must submit bids for well reputed Pharmaceutical Company Medicines.
 15. Quoted price of all items should be in line with the market rates & abnormal rates are not acceptable. In such instances, according to the PPA-2006 & PPR-2025, such tenders will be considered as non- responsive.

 16. Evaluation Committee is not bound to accept lowest rate proposed by tenderer/s . Evaluation committee preserve the authority to declare any tender as null and void without disclosing any cause.

 17. PE preserve the authority to increase or decrease 20% amount of scheduled item, even may decide not to buy any item asked for proposal on the basis of hospital demands.
