1) The tenderer with trade license on fire fighting system.

2) The tenderer shall have BSTI approved certificate.

3) The tenderer shall have license from Fire Service and Civil Defense (BFSCD).

4) The tenderer shall have general working experience of at least 1 years.

5) Proof of newly imported powder used in ABC Dry powder type fire extinguishers must be submitted.

 6) The powder used in fire extinguishers must be BUET or BCSIR lab test report Monoammonium Phosphate Minimum 40%-50% Based and Ammonium Sulphate 30%-40% Based. Lab test report must be submitted in the tender.
7) A satisfactory completion of similar works i.e supply/refilling/maintenance of fire extinguisher (CO2/foam/ABC&E type) work order value of minimum BDT 3 Lac under maximum 1 (one) contract over a period of last 10 years.
8) The average annual construction turnover shall be greater than BDT 4 (four) lac in best 3 (three) of last 5 years
9) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be BDT 4 Lac.
