Eligibility of Tenderer :	Tenderers shall have the following up to date valid License; (i) Valid Trade License & VAT Registration Certificate (ii) Acknowledgement slip issued by the competent income tax authority as a proof of submission of income tax return for the Assessment Year as mentioned in the TDS. (iii) Only submitted Payment Certificate will be considered for calculation of Average Annual Construction Turnover. (iv) Up-to-date ABC category Electrical Contractory and Supervisory License from Electricity licensing Board of Government of Bangladesh must be enclosed along with the tender. (v) TIN certificate (vi) Audit Report (vii) The Tenderer shall submit detailed technical specifications in drawing section of Air Cooler & ATS , relevant drawings & design developed based on the requirments. The Tenderer shall submit all other mandatory documents as specified in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
