The Tenderer shall have the following documents: 1. Valid up to date Trade License, VAT Registration, TIN certificate. 2. Documentary evidence of liquid assets 3. The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 05(Five) years of General experience 4. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 01(One) contract completed within the last 03(Three) years, with a value of at least Tk. 01(One) Crore in any Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. 5. Manufacturer's authorization letter from Kubota Corporation, Japan along with relevant documents proving authorized distributorship from the manufacturer must be submitted.
