Terms & Condition 1. Tender Contents: The Bidder will have to submit a declaration letter wherein they have to clearly mention that the all terms & conditions of tender schedule are acceptable to us. 2. Declaration of eligibility: A Tender submission letter to be submitted by the Bidder where in the owner of the company will have to mention that we are attending the tender inquiry no:36.01.6863.627.000.07.31.06.26-27 as a competent and eligible candidate & the required necessary certificates and documents are here by mentioned in the below. The owner of the company or an important person on his behalf will be the signatory of tender submission letter. 3. Authorization letter: The owner of the company/organization will be the signatory of tender. If it is not possible an important person of the company will be authorized for the same job.
4. Taxation obligation documents or equivalent: Up dated income tax certificate, TIN, BIN and NID card to be submitted. 5. Legal capacity: A declaration letter to be submitted by the Bidder wherein they have to confirm that, the company is a legal entity. They are eligible to sign a contract with a government entity. They are not debur. 6. Litigation history: A declaration letter to be submitted by the Bidder wherein they have to mention that, there was no case/litigation against them. If they had the judgement of the court to be mentioned. 7. Solvency: A declaration letter to be submitted by the Bidder wherein they have to mention that, “we are a solvent company and we are capable enough to make replacement of debt.”
