Manufacturer’s Authorization Letter in favor of Bidder must be submitted along with the offer. 7. The Manufacturer’s Certificate of Analysis (CoA) must be submitted along with the Technical Offer. Technical scrutiny will be carried out based on the submitted Certificate of Analysis. The CoA must clearly mention the name and designation of the Chemist, and the date of issuance of the certificate shall not be older than 01 (One) month from the Tender Date. 8.
