1. Up to date Trade Licence
2. Up to date Income Tax Certificate
3. VAT Registration Certificate
4. Up to date Bank Solvency Certificate mentioning the requisite amount of Liquid Asset
5. Brand, Type, Model & Country of Origin (if applicable) to be mentioned in the Technical Offer.
6. Manufacturer’s Authorization Letter in favor of the Bidder must be submitted along with the offer.
7. The Manufacturer’s Certificate of Analysis (CoA) must be submitted along with the Technical Offer. Technical Scrutiny will be carried out based on the submitted Certificate of Analysis and the Sample provided. The CoA must clearly mention the Name and Designation of the Chemist, and the date of issuance of the certificate shall not be older than 15 (Fifteen) days from the Tender Date.
8. The Bidders have to submit 500 (Five Hundred) ml of Sample of Sulphuric Acid within 03 (Three) working days from the date of Tender Opening.
9. The bidder must submit at least 01 (One) Experience Certificate issued by any Government or reputed Private Organization confirming that the bidder has successfully completed the supply of Sulphuric Acid or Similar Goods with a value of at least Tk. 45,00,000/- (Forty- Five Lakh only) under a single Purchase Order within the last 05 (Five) years.
