| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in construction works as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 years, counting backward from the date of publication of the Invitation for Tender (IFT) in the newspaper.
2. The Tenderer shall have successfully completed, as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor, at least 01 contract of similar nature (Construction/Repair of Spud) under the public sector within the last 03 years, counting backward from the date of publication of the IFT in the newspaper, with a contract value of at least Tk. 40.00 (Forty) lakh.
3. The Tenderer shall have an average annual construction turnover under the public sector of not less than Tk. 170.00 (One hundred & Seventy) lakh during the last 03 (three) financial years.
4. The minimum amount of financial resources, in the form of liquid assets, working capital, credit line(s), specific credit commitment, or any combination thereof, shall be Tk. 57.00 (Fifty seven) lakh. Documentary evidence submitted with the Tender must be issued between the date of publication of the IFT and the Tender submission deadline. The prescribed format for the Line of Credit shall be submitted in accordance with Form e-PW2A of the Tender and Contract Forms.
5. The Tenderer shall submit the following valid and up-to-date documents with the Tender: VAT Registration Certificate; Income Tax Clearance Certificate; Trade License; Ownership certificate of own Pontoon/Barge; and
Any other documents required as specified in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
If any submitted document is found to be false, invalid, incomplete, or otherwise non-compliant during post-qualification, the Tenderer shall be declared non-responsive and the Tender shall be rejected in accordance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Act (PPA) and Public Procurement Rules (PPR
