This package is specific for providing all reagents and consumables required to prepare sequencing libraries from genomic DNA and to perform whole-genome sequencing of 160 human samples at a minimum mean coverage of 30× on a high-throughput short-read next-generation sequencing platform, yielding analysis-ready data.
