1. Bidder must be BSCIC/BIDA enlisted. Attested copy of up to date BSCIC/BIDA enlistment should be submitted along with the bid. 2. The Bidder must be submitted up to date Trade license. 3. The Bidder must be submitted Income Tax. Certificate. 4. The Bidder must be submitted VAT registration Certificate. 5. The Bidder must be submitted upto date Bank Solvency Certificate. 6. The Bidder shall have experience in exacting similar nature of works (Rubber lining) in any Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous organization. Supporting documents such as work order & work Completion Certificate must be submitted along with the bid. 7. Bidder should have own workshop facilities and as proof necessary supporting documents (such as place, current bill, trade license etc.) submitted along with the bid. 8. The bidder must have to submit 12 (Twelve) months of warranty certificate after repair the flexible joint.
