1.The bidder should be a company registered and working in Bangladesh for at least 05 (Five) years.
2. The Participating firm or Consortium Partner Shall have at least 3 (Three) years proven experience in conducting Vulnerability Assessment (VA) and Penetration Test (PT) of ICT Systems and must have at least 4 (Four) successfully completed VAPT project experience in Scheduled Bank/Telecommunication Company/NBFI/Multinational Company. Submission of relevant proof is mandatory.
3. The Bidder must maintain a dedicated, in-house penetration testing team comprising at least the following certified professionals:
Minimum Valid Certification Requirements:-
OSCP (Offensive Security Certified Professional) 1 professionals
CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker) 2 professionals;
4. Minimum Qualifications for Project Manager/ Supervisor’s:
a. Must possess a minimum of 5 (five) years of documented experience in the relevant field.
b. The candidate must be a regular, permanent employee of the bidding firm.
Certification (Preferred): Holding a valid CISSP/CISM/ PMP, ISO/IEC 27001, Senior Lead Auditor will be considered an added advantage during the technical evaluation.
Note: "Bidders must submit copies of the valid professional certificates, an updated CV, and an HR declaration or appointment letter to verify the Project Manager /supervisor's permanent employment status."
