Eligibility of Tenderer :	a. The tenderer must submit up to date authorization letter for submission against this tender ID b. The minimum specific experience in supply of Skilled Labour/Semi-Skilled Labour/Un-Skilled Labour for Patuakhali Bridge at least 01(One) contract successfully completed within the last 10 (ten) years, each with a value of at least Tk 8.00 Lac (Eight Lac ) Only. (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP portal) c. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 10,00,000.00(Tk Ten Lakh Only) before tender closing date. Note for Liquid asset : In case of credit from the Bank it shall clearly mention the name of the work and Tender ID/ Tender Reference no. d . The tenderer are requested to submitted rate analysis. The rate must be compatible with market price & RHD rate schedule 2022, otherwise the tenderer she'll be considered are non-responsible.. e. If any same certificate found in twice or more in the scrutining of the tender evaluation process, the tenderer will be considered as non-responsive f.
