The Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following additional documents: Tenderer shall have to submit the following documents. A bid without the following certificates shall declared Non-Responsive.

(1) Up-To-Date VAT, TIN, Trade license and related certificates,

(2) Declaration of Manufacturer or Authorisation letter of manufacturer (must be mentioned manufacturer's full address with Contract no ) if the bidder is a supplier (First class)

(3) Authorisation of signatory of the bid document,

(4)Tenderer must be a manufacturer, Importer or 1st class supplier of relevant goods, works or services,

(5) No arbitration certificate of the bidder. Manufacturer's no arbitration certificate is required for the suppliers also. 

(6) General Experience Certificates (ITT 15.1(a))

(7) Specific Experience Certificates (ITT 15.1(b))

(8) Supply/Production Capacity Certificate (ITT 15.1(c))

(9) Financial Capacity Certificate (ITT 16.1(a))

(10) VAT Return certificate.

(11) If the tenderer fails to submit 02 litres and 01 litre of oil of 04 bottles (each item) as samples of the Refined edible oil Soybean Containing 02 and 01 litres per bottle on time, the bidder will be treated as not interested in participating in the tender. 

Note: Lab test fee has to be paid by the bidder. Lab test fee must be submitted to the PE Office before the tender opening date and time; otherwise, the bidder will be considered as non-responsive.

The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 1(one) year contract(s) successfully completed within the last five (5) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 1384 lac.
