The Tenderer shall have:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works/establishment of electrical equipment works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be [05]Five years.
2. The minimum Specific Experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in Establishment of 400 KVA Electrical Substation and Related Other External Electrification Works at least 1(one) number contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years experience, each with a value of at least Tk. 90.00 ( Ninety) Lakh Only.[ ITT Clause 13.1 (a)]
3. The required average annual construction Turnover shall be greater than Tk 120.00 (One hundred twenty) Lakh Only over the last 05 (Five) years.(5*120=Tk. 600.00 Lakh) (Only Payment Certificates are Acceptable). [ITT Clause 14.1(a)]
4. The tenderer must have minimum Liquid Asset / Credit Facilities /Working Capital of the tenderer shall be TK. 80.00 (Eighty) Lakh BDT of any scheduled bank within the period of invitation of tender (Form e-PW2A-8). [ITT Clause 14.1(b)]
5. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be: 120.00(One hundred twenty) Lakh Only.
6. Updated ABC Licence & Supervisory License issued from Electrical Licensing Board, GoB.
7. Must submit Transformer Manufacturer Authorization Letter.
8. Must submit 500 KVA Transformer Internationally Accredited Independent Laboratory From (IEC Standards) Type Test Certificate (Within Last 05 Years From IFT).
9. Must have a minimum of 05 years of experience in electrical equipment installation.
