Eligibility of Consultant :	Updated and valid trade license (regarding transportation business or rent-a-car). Tax and VAT Certificate: Updated Income Tax or TIN Certificate and VAT Registration Certificate and proof of filing of tax return for the previous fiscal year. Bank Solvency Certificate or Financial Capacity Certificate obtained from a Scheduled Bank. Legal and financial capacity as mentioned in the Tender Document. Other as mentioned in the Tender Document.
Brief Description of assignment :	01 (one) SUV Vehicle Rental Service for 16 (sixteen) Months, including all costs. The firm will hire a vehicle service that provides fully equipped vehicles, including a driver, fuel and coverage for all maintenance, operating and other related costs.
Experience, Resources and delivery capacity required :	General experience of at least 5 years. Specific experience in Vehicle rental service provided directly to any government, semi-government, autonomous organization under government or government-funded projects with a value of at least Tk. 25 lakh in a single contract within 5 years.
Other details (if applicable) :	Eligible Driver: Shall have a Professional Diving License The age of the proposed driver shall not exceed 50 years. The driver shall have experience working in multinational organisations, government organisations, Government projects, etc. During the evaluation period, an interview shall be arranged by the service provider with the driver. Payments and Reporting Requirements: At the end of each month, the service provider shall submit a copy of the vehicle logbook with travel details and signatures from the Employer's officials. This logbook must be included with the invoice. After verifying satisfactory service, payment will be processed, and the check will be made payable to the service provider.
