| Eligibility of Consultant : |
a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in contracting industries in public or Private sector as Prime Service Provider/Sub Contractor shall be three (3) years.
b)The minimum specific experience as a Service Provider (Prime or Sub Contractor) in providing physical service/works in Public/Private sector, of at least ONE contract of similar nature and complexity completed over a period of Ten (10) years with a value of at least of BDT 13,50,000/- (BDT Thirteen Lac Fifty Thousand Only) shall be required
c) The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least of the amount of BDT 7,00,000/- (BDT Seven Lac Only) over the last three financial years.
d) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid assets or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be BDT 1,50,000/- (BDT One Lac Fifty Thousand Only).

Active Agents for 24/7/365, Shared Supervisor, Workspace, Equipment, Utilities, Generator, 3-layer power backup, Quality Control, HR and administrative support and Other Necessary Facilities;
2. Call Center Software, CRM Integration, Report Panel etc. Customization & Deployment;
3. Data Archival (Daily Call Record details with Caller ID, Caller Number, Date, Time, Call Duration, Call Type, and Agent Performance details) through email Communication;
4. Outbound Call Services for the PGCL Customer and Concern Persons.
