Bank statment of last 3 months with consecutive transaction and the total transaction should not be less than Tk 1(one) Crore. 10. General experience of 3 years in supply of goods and related services and specific experience should not be less than Tk 1 (one) crore in supply of similar goods in last 3 years. 11. Manufacturer's Authorization Letter (To be taken from the Manufacturer's Pad) 12. The winning tenderer must supply high quality lentils as specified in PCC clause 31. There is no need to submit lentil samples before final contract signing. 13. Tender security as per TDS. 14. The tender will be evaluated as per submitted documents. If any dissimilarity found in documents submitted by tenderers at any stage of evaluation process, the tenderers will be considered non-Responsive. 15. If a quoted price is submitted at a rate excessively lower than the official estimated cost and appears to the TEC to be unrealistic and submitted with ulterior motives, it will be considered as an attempt to influence the tender evaluation process according to rule 42(2) PPR 2025.
