Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Tenderer :

1. The tenderer must have a valid and up-to-date trade license, VAT registration, and income tax clearance certificate.

2. The tenderer should have a bank statement or line of credit reflecting a minimum of 10 (ten) lakh Taka as a liquid asset.

3. The tenderer should have experience working on similar items (AC & HVAC repair & maintenance) for an amount of 12 lakhs within the last three years in single contracts in a government, semi-government, or autonomous institute. Only a work completion certificate will be considered proof of experience.

4. The tenderer must submit a Manufacturer/Dealer Authorization Certificate for all types of compressors (Items 5 and 6) and air conditioners (Items 11).

5. The tenderer must submit a one-year warranty certificate for the items.

6. The tenderer should have a related document reflecting a minimum of 12 lakhs taka as average annual turnover for the last three years.

8. The tenderer must submit the detailed profile of the technical team. The qualification criteria for the technical team are as per ITT Clause 15.1 of TDS.

9. All other required qualifications, terms, and conditions are mentioned in the TDS.
