a) Copy of a valid Trade License. Failure to submit a valid Trade License shall render the tender technically non-responsive.
b) Copy of a valid VAT Registration Certificate. A VAT Registration Certificate is mandatory for companies. However, an individual tenderer or consultant who does not have a VAT Registration Certificate prior to the tender submission shall also be eligible to participate in the tender, subject to compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
c) Copy of the Income Tax Payment Certificate for the last financial year. Failure to submit the required certificate shall render the tender technically non-responsive.
d) Bank Solvency Certificate (in original) issued by any scheduled bank in Bangladesh. The date of issuance of the certificate must be within the period from the date of publication/circulation of the tender notice up to the tender submission closing date. Failure to submit the required original certificate shall render the tender technically non-responsive.
e) The vehicle model must be 2010 or newer and KPL should be minimum 8. The offered vehicle manufactured before 2010 shall be considered technically non-responsive.
f) The vehicle must have a valid and up-to-date Route Permit (if required by law), Fitness Certificate, Tax Token, Insurance (if required by law), and Blue Book. Failure to provide any of the required valid documents shall render the tender technically non-responsive.
g) The seat capacity of the vehicle must be 8/9 or more including the driver, and the vehicle must be in good condition. The condition of the vehicle shall be assessed and determined by the Tender Evaluation Committee upon physical inspection of the vehicle.
