| Eligibility of Consultant : |
1. Declaration of eligibility:
A Tender submission letter to be submitted by the Bidder where in the owner of the company will have to mention that, “we are attending in the tender inquiry no:36.01.6863.627.000.07.31.11.2026-27 as a competent and eligible candidate & the required necessary certificates and documents are here by mentioned in the below. The owner of the company or an important person on his behalf will be the signatory of tender submission letter.
2. Taxation obligation documents or equivalent:
Valid Trade License, Up dated income tax certificate, TIN, BIN and NID card to be submitted.
3. The Internet Service Provider (ISP) shall provide 120 Mbps Dedicated Internet Bandwidth.
4. The bandwidth shall be provided on a 1:1 Contention Ratio (Dedicated)
5. Upload and download bandwidth shall be symmetrical.
6. The ISP shall provide Static Public IPv4 Address as per owner requirement for CCTV online monitoring and others.
7.Technical support shall be given if any interruption/Technical problem happens within factory/Residential area within shortest possible time after complain to supplier.
8. ISP must pull seperate dedicated fiber optic cable from ISP server to Admin building, CCB, engineer building, VIP guest house, MD Banglow, College, Medical, Officer's Club & Bagging at their own cost.
9.01 % taka of total contract value will be deducted from the bill as welfare fund of GPFPLC.
10. Partial bill will be entertained.
