Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Consultant :	1. The CA firm who are registered under The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB) eligible to submit EOI. Certificate from ICAB must be submitted along with EOI. 2. The CA firm penalized by any court or ICAB are not eligible to submit the EOI during the punishment period.
Brief Description of assignment :	Audit of annual accounts of CAAB's 28 units for 2025-2026 and submission of the following report (both hard copy and soft copy): i) Unit wise audit report & management report. ii) Consolidated audit report & management report.
Experience, Resources and delivery capacity required :	The CA Firm must have at least 10 years practical audit experience in respect of auditing Govt. Organization/Autonomous Body/Private institution. Experience certificate must be submitted along with EOI.
Other details (if applicable) :	1. Up-dated certificate of paying Income tax and certificate of registration of VAT must be submitted along with EOI. 2. Name of lead company (In case of joint venture) should be mentioned in the EOI.
