The tenderer must submit the following documents:

1. Valid Trade License.

2. Valid VAT Registration Certificate.

3. Up-to-date Income Tax Certificate with TIN.

4. Bank Solvency Certificate.

5. NID Card.

6. Minimum Bank solvency of tk 5,00,000.00 (Five Lac ).

7. Yearly turn over is minimum tk 5,00,000.00 (Five Lac ).

8. The tenderer should have a minimum of 3 years (counting backward from
the publication date of IFT in the newspaper) of general experience of any
supply works.
