1. The Tenderer must have minimum 3 (three) years experience (work Completion Certificate) of supplying the toner and computer accessories/seals and nameplates/ stationery and other similar goods worth taka 70,00,000 (Seventy lakh) Taka.
2. The Tenderer must submit the copy of Updated Trade License (30 June 2027), Vat Registration Certificate (BIN), Updated Income Tax Submission Certificate (2024-2025).
3. The Tenderer must submit Bank Credit Line Certificate worth taka 70,00,000 (Seventy) lakh after the call for tender.
4. For the supply of toner for HP printers, the Bidder shall submit a valid and currently active HP Amplify Membership Certificate, HP Gold Partner Certificate, or HP Distributor Certificate issued to the original supplier. Submission of any form of Authorization Letter, Authorization Certificate, or any other equivalent document in lieu of the aforementioned certificates shall not be acceptable.For the supply of toner/ink for printers other than HP (i.e., Canon and Epson) and toner for Toshiba photocopiers, the Bidder shall submit either a valid Dealership Certificate or an Authorization Letter issued by the original dealer.
5. Before the evaluation of the tender, the Bidder shall submit samples of the original toner/ink as per the requirement of the Procuring Entity.
6. At the time of delivery, the toner, computer accessories, seals and nameplates, stationery, and other similar goods shall be received only after due inspection and verification by the Inspection and Acceptance Committee.
 

Procurement of supply toner/cartridge for various models of printers and photocopiers, computer accessories, seals and nameplates of various models, and various types of stationery and miscellaneous office supplies for the official use of the Economic Relations Division (Annual Framework Agreement).
